Berkshire Hathaway’s Pilot, North America’s largest travel center network, continues to invest in its nationwide footprint with new locations, upgraded facilities and an expanded electric vehicle fast-charging network. Serving an average of 1.2 million guests each day, the company is focused on enhancing the travel experience for both motorists and professional drivers.

Pilot recently opened new travel centers in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and Ponce de Leon, Florida, while completing renovations at 18 existing locations across 13 U.S. states and Canadian provinces. The new sites introduced Pilot Eats offerings and added 112 truck parking spaces, 15 diesel lanes and 32 fuel pumps.

The upgrades are part of Pilot’s New Horizons modernization initiative, which features redesigned store layouts, updated restrooms, expanded fresh food options and improved amenities. “Pilot is focused on investing in areas that matter most to create spaces our guests want to return to,” said Sean Marrero, president of retail at Pilot.
