The exclusive collection will bring fans a lineup of competition-themed plush, including the much-anticipated official mascot, celebrating every goal and unforgettable moment of football’s biggest event. Hosted across 16 cities in North America from June 11 to July 19, 2026, the 39-day tournament will see Jazwares cheering alongside fans with plush designed for participating nations and their supporters.

The range will feature plush collectibles, wearables, and novelties inspired by the spirit and unity of the World Cup. Highlights include mascot plush for the host countries—Canada, Mexico, and the USA—and limited-edition items available exclusively at select events.

The plush toy phenomenon Squishmallows is expanding its signature charm into a brand-new category: fragrance. In partnership with Blue Meadow Brands, founded by scent industry veteran Joel Ronkin, the beloved brand owned by Berkshire Hathaway’s Jazwares has launched Squishmallows Fragrances, a debut collection of three mood-boosting perfumes inspired by its most iconic characters.

Crafted in collaboration with renowned fragrance house DSM-Firmenich and designer Lance McGregor, the collection blends sweet nostalgia with cutting-edge scent technology. Each fragrance features the exclusive Squishmallows Accord—a fluffy marshmallow-inspired scent enhanced by EmotiWaves™, a patented technology scientifically proven to boost mood and well-being.

The three debut scents include:

Whisked Away: A cozy vanilla amber gourmand inspired by Cam the Cat, with notes of caramel drizzle, vanilla latte, and sandalwood.

Pink Possibilities: A fruity floral green inspired by Patty the Cow, blending strawberry, kiwi, and pink sugar.

Moonlit Mist: A floral fruity gourmand inspired by Zumirez the Bat, with green apple, lychee blossom, and soft musks.

Launched October 5, 2025, Squishmallows Fragrances is available exclusively at Ulta Beauty stores and Ulta.com. For a limited time, customers will receive a free Squishmallows plush with the purchase of a 3.4 oz fragrance.

Berkshire Hathaway’s Jazwares, a leading toy company, has announced a multi-year global licensing agreement to produce an extensive range of toys, costumes, and accessories inspired by the beloved children’s franchise Yo Gabba Gabba!. The agreement was signed with franchise owner Gabbacadabra LLC—co-owned by Yo Gabba Gabba, LLC and WildBrain—and facilitated by Golden Sombrero Licensing.

Under this deal, Jazwares will hold the global master toy rights for Yo Gabba Gabba!, including figures, plush toys, playsets, musical instruments, and Squishmallows, as well as a new line of pet toys and accessories. Additionally, Jazwares will manage North American costume rights for all ages, covering seasonal and dress-up costumes. The new Yo Gabba Gabba! product line is set to launch in 2025.

First premiering in 2007, Yo Gabba Gabba!—created by Christian Jacobs and Scott Schultz—has captivated generations with its mix of music, colorful characters, and animation. Its latest series, Yo Gabba GabbaLand!, debuted in August 2024 on Apple TV+, introducing a fresh world of fun and adventure.

Jazwares Shines in Berkshire Hathaway’s Consumer Products Group

In 2024, Berkshire Hathaway’s Jazwares, a leading global toy company, has emerged as a standout performer within Berkshire’s consumer products group. Jazwares reported a remarkable 20.3% revenue increase in the first half of the year. Acquired through Berkshire’s October 2022 takeover of Alleghany Corp., Jazwares is the creative powerhouse behind Squishmallows, the world’s number one toy.

The consumer products group encompasses a diverse range of businesses, including recreational vehicles (Forest River), apparel and footwear (Fruit of the Loom, Garan, Fechheimer, H.H. Brown Shoe Group, and Brooks Sports), high-performance batteries (Duracell), custom picture framing (Larson-Juhl), and jewelry (Richline).

The group’s revenues grew by $137 million (3.9%) in the second quarter and $278 million (4.0%) in the first six months of 2024 compared to the same periods in 2023. This growth was driven primarily by higher revenues from Forest River, Jazwares, and Brooks Sports.

Jazwares and Sony Bring Cobra Kai to the Roblox Gaming Experience

Berkshire Hathaway’s Jazwares, a leading global toy company and renowned game studio, has partnered with Sony Pictures Consumer Products to launch the official Cobra Kai: Karate Legends gaming experience on Roblox.

Timed to coincide with the season six release of Cobra Kai on Netflix this summer, Cobra Kai: Karate Legends on Roblox allows players to build and level up their own dojo, training to become the best karate sensei. Players can explore a vast open map set in Cobra Kai’s San Fernando Valley, complete missions to recruit characters from the show, learn epic karate moves, and challenge others in tournaments. The game aims to capture the thrilling action and martial arts of the series.

Judd Karofsky, Executive Vice President at Jazwares, expressed excitement about the project, stating, “Jazwares Game Studio has a proven track record of bringing some of the world’s biggest entertainment franchises to life on Roblox, and we’re thrilled Cobra Kai: Karate Legends is joining the ranks. We’re huge Cobra Kai fans and have focused on creating an authentic experience that captures the heart-pounding action of the series.”

Cobra Kai: Karate Legends, developed by Jazwares Game Studio, will also offer players the chance to purchase virtual merchandise to customize their Roblox avatars. For added excitement, the Cobra Kai Johnny Lawrence figure, available for a limited time at Target stores, includes a virtual code for an exclusive in-game item.

This collaboration helps us deliver an immersive gaming experience that will excite fans for the upcoming season.”

All six seasons of Cobra Kai are now streaming on Netflix, with the sixth and final season having premiered on July 18.
