NetJets is planning a major expansion at Dallas Love Field with a new campus spanning more than 100,000 square feet. The project is expected to transform the existing site through the demolition of six hangars and a terminal building, with demolition work scheduled to begin in November 2026.
A key component of the development is Terminal J, a newly constructed 14,000-square-foot private aircraft terminal. The terminal will be delivered as part of Phase 2 of the three-phase project.
Phase 2 will also include extensive sitework improvements, including a redesigned layout for the surrounding areas and parking facilities. Together, the improvements are intended to create a modernized campus supporting NetJets’ operations at Love Field.
The demolition phase is estimated to cost approximately $50 million, while the new construction is estimated at $35 million.
