(BRK.A), (BRK.B)

HomeServices of America has introduced “Maestro,” a new AI-supported digital platform designed to simplify the daily work of residential real estate agents while enhancing the experience for homebuyers and sellers.

Maestro integrates key tools—including property search, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, and transaction management—into one connected system. By eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms, it creates a more efficient and streamlined workflow for agents.

CEO Chris Kelly said the platform is designed to reduce complexity and allow agents to focus on client relationships. He noted that Maestro represents another step toward a fully integrated, end-to-end real estate ecosystem spanning brokerage, mortgage, title, and insurance services.

HomeServices of America operates as a leading U.S. provider of homeownership services through its network of companies, offering brokerage, mortgage, franchising, title, insurance, relocation, and related services. It also owns the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise network and is part of Berkshire Hathaway Energy, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc..
